Refund policy
We have a 45-day return policy, so you don't have to rush like many websites to return something to us.
To make a return for a refund or exchange just email us and we will tell you where to send your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Start Your Return or Exchange

If your return is accepted, we will give you the details of where to send it too and aim to have it processed within 5 working days.
Returns are free, but we do ask that you pay for your postage to us, we recommend sending with a tracked service.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange for a replacement item and pay for the postage of your item to us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please email us and we will arrange your return. You have 45 days from the date you receive your item to get in touch for an exchange and the item must be unworn.
Refund
You can return your item for a full refund (not including postage). You don't need a reason.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
